Response from the manager Thank you for taking the time to leave these comments. Unfortunately when you contacted us our call centre was closed, the person you spoke with works for a service we use to take messages out of hours. I can assure it wasn't that we didn't want to help, but rather than the person answering the telephone at that time of the morning wasn't a Sykes Cottages employee. We have spoken to the company that takes messages and they will be clearer in the future about their role. We apologise for the confusion, but we are pleased that you enjoyed the rest of your stay. We look forward to helping you book next years holiday.
