This detached lodge is situated near to Rhayader in Mid Wales and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.
Sycamore Lodge is a detached lodge situated four miles from Rhayader in Mid Wales. The lodge sleeps six people and has two double bedrooms, a twin room and a family bathroom. It also has an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and a sitting area. Outside is off road parking and an enclosed lawned garden with outdoor furniture and a superb hot tub overlooking the surrounding fields. Perfect for a family break any time of year, Sycamore Lodge will live long in the memory.
Amenities: Oil underfloor central heating with electric stove and Air-to-Air Conditioning unit. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, Smart TV with FreeSat, DVD, CD/radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars, further roadside parking available. Lockable bike storage. Front lawned garden with decking, furniture and hot tub. Side patio with bird feeders. Universal electric vehicle charge point - charges apply, this is payable locally to the owner. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 4 miles, pub 2 miles. Note: There are two steps up to front door, but there is ramped access to side door. Note: Water is UV filtered from a spring, which is tested annually. Note: Coffee Pod Machine uses Nespresso Original Compatible Pods.
Region: Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.
Town: Rhayader is a small Welsh town offering tea rooms, pubs, restaurants and shops, along with a leisure centre and regular livestock marts. The annual Royal Welsh Show is just one of the attractions in nearby Builth Wells, and the beautiful Elan Valley is nearby.
