Description

Come vacation at our comfortable and nicely appointed top floor unit! The property is located in beautiful East Vail situated along the scenic Gore Creek. World class skiing on Vail Mountain is just minutes away via the complimentary town of Vail shuttle that runs every 15 minutes in the winter.

The condo is tastefully furnished and nicely appointed with all the comforts of a modern home. This is not your average rental grade outdated ski condo. We provide our guests with down duvet comforters, modern appliances, cable tv, blue-ray player, and even Free high speed Wifi. This is a mountain home for our family as well, so we keep the unit and its furnishings in top shape.

Parking is conveniently located down just 1 flight of steps. For a more detailed view of the property please view the video by clicking the link on the overview page superimposed on the main property photo.

The kitchen has been nicely updated with granite counters and modern appliances. We have fully stocked the kitchen with all the tools necessary to complete a gourmet meal. We have a crock pot, toaster, hand mixer, and Keurig coffee maker. We also have a propane grill on the deck.

Settle up next to a warm fire while sitting in our nice large comfortable cough. Enjoy cable TV or stream Netflix using our web enabled Blue-Ray player.

Three enclosed bedrooms, plus a loft open to the down stairs comprise the sleeping area for 9 with a maximum of 10 guests (6 beds in all - see room description for full details). Although the unit can sleep up to 10 people, we find our property is much more comfortable with groups of less then 8.

The main floor master contains a king-size bed complete with full size dresser and night side tables.

The second main floor bedroom contains a queen-size bed complete with dresser.

The third bedroom is on the second floor next to the loft with a queen bed.

The loft is great for teens, kids, or singles and has one twin bed and a bunk bed. The bunk bed is a twin above and a full size below.

Rates are available by requesting a quote on the website. Book for a week and the cleaning fee will be waived (reflected in the weekly price). Book early for the upcoming season for best rates and availability.
