5 STAR AMENITIES FOR THIS APARTMENT

Charming apartment with terrazzo floors and lovely view in the famous antique Molino Stucky on Giudecca, an 18th century flour mill that has just been rebuilt as Venice's premier residence. The apartment is newly built and furnished. The Molino Stucky complex is divided in two parts: in one there is the Hilton hotel and in the other there are the flats. This is a major plus for guests of this apartment, as they are able to use some of its 5 stars amenities (a SPA, a GYM, RESTAURANTS, BARS, a trendy Skyline Rooftop Bar), to be paid separately, while taking advantage of an affordable accommodation price.

CHARMING APARTMENT

It is situated high on the fifth floor and is reached by a self-service ELEVATOR, a rare commodity in Venice. One bedroom apartment with terrazzo floors and lovely view (the antique Molino Stucky complex, part of Lido island and lagoon). It has a spacious bedroom with a king size bed, a living room with a sofa bed and a large red marble bathroom with bathtub with inside the shower, toilet and bidet; it even has a washing machine for your clothes. Cooking is a nice way to save money when traveling with a large family, and we try to make it as easy as possible. Our kitchen is fully equipped, including all pots, pans, glasses and dishes that you could possibly need. All this and a dishwasher to clean up with after your meals. We have also provided satellite TV, internet wifi, dvd player and stereo with CD player in, as well as irons and ironing board. The bedroom has queen sized matrimonial bed with night tables, double closets, dresser, writing desk & chair, and a separate bench for suitcases.

The apartment has central AIR CONDITIONING and heat that you may directly control through a thermostat in the living room. The air conditioning will be activated from June to September.

The apartment is SUNNY and BRIGHT, is non-smoking, and family owned and operated.

There is a cot for a baby, please just ask for it.

The LOCATION of the apartment is EXCELLENT: right in the centre but still quiet. In the complex: SPA and a gym (all extra), lift.

Next door there are all the Hilton hotel bars and restaurants and just a couple of minutes far there is the famous Harry's Dolci-Cipriani restaurants. Only 5-10 minutes walking from the building there are several other restaurants, places where you can eat pizza and shops, like Coop and Prix.

It is just a couple of minutes far by boat from San Basilio and Zattere (near several museums) and only 10 minutes to San Marco square.

Getting around

The apartment building is easy to reach, especially from the Tronchetto Car park, Piazzale Roma and train station with public boat n.2 or 41/42. The nearest boat stop is just a couple of minutes walking from the building. From Marco Polo airport there is Alilaguna boat which takes you directly to Molino Stucky.

My wife and I can suggest you the best places to visit or things to do and we are available for any information. We live just few minutes from the building so if there is a problem we can be available to sort it out.
