Description
Villa Artemis is a newly built three bedroom country property, situated in some 2 acres of unspoilt natural environment. The lower level of the villa has a table tennis area and an 8m long private pool. A short flight of steps leads up to the main entrance, which in turn opens out into a lovely well furnished lounge/dining room and open plan kitchen. The lounge has a feature fireplace, satellite TV , DVD and a Playstation 3 for our young guests.Patio doors also open out onto the front terrace and pool area. On this level there is also a shower room with hydro massage shower. Next to this is the first air-conditioned bedroom and a shower with WC en-suite. A marble staircase leads up to the first floor and two further bedrooms. Both bedrooms have got terraces overlooking the pool, gardens and the bay of Rethymnon in the distance. On this floor there is also a large bathroom. On the ground floor there is a newly built fitness room where our guests can exercise themselves. Next to the pool and the barbecue there is ample space to dine al-fresco. Local shops are 1km away from the village of Prines. A car is essential.

“Simply the Best”
The villa was absolutley perfect. Everything was so clean and fresh and we instantly felt at home. Stella and her family made us feel really welcome. Any questions we had were answered instantly and Stella evened offered to come with us for our pre flight PCR tests. We were treated to Stella's mum's homemade moussaka and stuffed tomatoes and peppers, in addition to gifts of olive oil, honey and biscuits and more. The local area was lovely and we enjoyed driving out to local villages to eat in the evening. We don't normally return to the same place but I think this is going to be the exception. Thank you Stella - you were wonderful

“Perfect in every way”
The Villa is lovely & spacious & has everything you can possibly think of and more. The pool was perfect and a lovely size, the outside space was peaceful with lovely views. Added bonus a nice little gym also. Stella was amazing from the start of our booking process until the end of our holiday. I would recommend you hire a car. Stella kindly arranged our airport transfers as we didn't hire a car which was her lovely relative Manolis and we continued to use his taxi services whilst on holiday and he recommended some lovely places to visit and took us to a beautiful beach. On arrival there was a homemade moussaka and the fridge was filled with everything we needed along with fresh bread which kept us going for a couple of days which was very kind and thoughtful. This has been one of our favourite holidays & we will definitely return.

“Crete in October”
We had a great stay. Lovely location and very helpful and friendly hosts. Eight days was not long enough. The weather was just right not too hot. We hope to be back.
