One Bedroom condo in quiet condo complex. Balcony faces wooded area. Quiet but only minutes away from shopping, estuary, beaches, bingo and much more. Newly updated condo with all new stainless steel appliances, new washer & dryer, and new counter tops in kitchen and bath. Tile throughout, no carpet! King bed, with HD TV, and living room with new sofa w/recliner, 2 side chairs, HD TV, DVD, and assortment of movies, , inflatable queen & twin. Designed for creature comforts! Kitchen with regular and k-cup coffee makers, waffle iron, blender, toaster, microwave (new), mixer, and fully furnished spice rack! As stated above, stainless steel stove, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator, all new! Access to pool, hot tub, and cookout area with code. Bath w/shower and updated double sinks. Only 4 miles to Foley outlets and 4 miles to public beaches in Gulf Shores. Just off Highway 59 just past Gulf Shores city limit sign. Wonderful secluded area, yet very near most activities. Check out the Snowbird groups and activities for Gulf Shores and/or Foley, AL!.

How do damage deposits work?

If Linda (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
