The main villa is 260 square meters and it sleeps 12 persons in 7 bedrooms with 7 ensuite bathrooms.

On the ground floor of the villa the wide open living room welcomes you with its fireplace and brickwork open arches to connect the various parts. It hosts a sitting area and the dining spaces enough to accommodate comfortably the 29 guests of the villa or even larger receptions. The large fully equipped kitchen has a professional 6 burner cooktop, double oven, double dishwasher, microwave oven and double fridge/freezer, American coffee machine and toaster. A service bathroom is available for the guests.

Still on the ground floor there are 1 double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, 1 single bedroom with private bathroom with shower and one twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower. The first floor is reached by an internal staircase and there you can find 2 double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom with shower, 1 twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, 1 single bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower.

The Pool View Suite apartment, 85 square meters, sleeps 6 – Completely on the first floor it has a private independent access through an exterior staircase. The suite has 2 double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, 1 twin bedroom with private bathroom with bathtub, a living/sitting area and fully equipped kitchen.

The Poolside Suite apartment 1, 50 square meters, sleeps 3 – Completely on the ground floor it has 1 double bedroom, 1 single bedroom,1 bathroom, the living/dining room with kitchen. This apartment is suitable for wheelchairs.

The Poolside Suite apartment 2, 60 square meters, sleeps 3 – Completely on the ground floor it has 1 double bedroom, 1 single bedroom, 1 bathroom, the living/dining room with kitchen. This apartments is suitable for wheelchairs.

All the twin bedrooms can be made into doubles. All the suites and the main Villa have air conditioning and heating system. Each bedroom has its own hairdryer.

GARDEN & SWIMMING POOL: The villa enjoys a large garden area of about 2500 square meters partially paved and the rest is a perfect velvet lawn bordered by cypress trees.

The portico extending on two sides of the pool, offers extraordinary views and it is the perfect setting for your al fresco dinners or larger receptions and events. The loggia is equipped with wrought iron garden furniture. A large covered barbecue area is also available at the property.

Sunbeds, deckchairs and sun umbrellas are available on the pool area. The infinity pool is 8m x 15m and it has a shallow end. It is deep from 1.2m to 2.5m and it has a Jacuzzi bath on one side deep 90cm. All the outside spaces are perfectly lighted at night. The villa offers also a private parking area.
