KOBEY'S SKI LODGE & GOLF RETREAT - A vacation your family will never forget!

Enjoy a weekend or extended vacation at KOBEY’S SKI LODGE & GOLF RETREAT. A one of a kind 4500 square foot of fun with cabin with game room, pool table and theater that sleeps up to 28 in beds, or 32 guests with the use of our overstuffed sofas in the downstairs great room. This cabin is settled within the tall pines across the street from the Pinetop Lakes golf course's 13th Fairway and includes every amenity you’ll ever need, plus so much more; Shared pool, hot tub, gym, tennis, pool tables and bunch of other wonderful extras at the rec center located only a 3 minute drive away. (Please note there is a $50 family fee for up to a week to be paid at the rec center)

Upon arrival at KOBEY'S SKI LODGE & GOLF RETREAT you will be greeted with our FAMILY FRIENDLY GIFT BASKET filled with some necessities to start your vacation off right, so don't worry if you do not have something for the kids or yourself to munch on when you arrive. Our gift baskets consist of chips and salsa, soup and chili, crackers and cookies, suckers, popcorn and water... you will also receive our welcome letter in which all our vacation rentals are famous for. Our guests always say they took our advice as to where to find the closest and best grocery stores, restaurants, picnic, the cheapest & closest gas, pubs, liquor stores, the best pizza, and local hot spots. And of course where to golf, hike, tour, fish, canoe, horseback ride etc… And all of this is within minutes of the cabin! We have tried to think of everything we would want at our fingertips when we are on vacation. And if there is something you would like us to do to make your vacation extra special please let us know and we will do our best. Get ready for a fantastic vacation your family will never forget!

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS - Everyone can watch a movie in our Tree House Theater with its 65' High Def TV while sleeping 14 people all in one huge and ever so cozy room with our custom Triple Stair Step Theater Beds (sleeps 6), TWO Four Person Full Full Bunk Beds (Sleeps 8) and a beautiful 360 degree tree top view of the forest including a wonderful large covered deck. Every bedroom has a door to its covered deck with a view & high definition SMART TVs with premium cable. Other upstairs bedrooms consist of the Master with a King and a trundle (Sleeps 4), and our TWO large Tree Top bedrooms each with 2 queens per room (Sleeps 8). And on the main floor we have Mama & Papa's Bedroom with a Four Poster Queen Canopy bed and its own bathroom right next door (Sleeps 2), and ONE more downstairs bathroom and laundry room. We also have 2 Pak N Plays and 2 High Chairs for the little ones!

LARGE KITCHEN equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite counters, custom cabinets and all the amenities to cook a gourmet meal and 2 large gas BBQ’s on the back deck to feed a small army and allows for guests to mingle and space to entertain on the outdoor decks where kids and pets can play within the fenced private yard.

What used to be the garage has been converted to our climate controlled Super Fun Family Game Room with pool table, sofas, TV, and other fun games. It also has secure high speed wireless internet. And don’t forget about the kitchen of all cabin kitchens! Every room has a high def tv or Smart TV with internet (Net Flix), DVD, Premium Cable, & Wireless internet.

**4 HUGE ROOMS FOR EVERYONE TO GATHER:

#1 - The downstairs great room with a sea of comfy leather sofas, a 50' high def flat screen tv, Large Hitop Knotty Wood Tables, huge gas fireplace operated by remote.

#2 - Watch movies with 14 of your favorite people in our tree top theater and then all fall asleep right there in your own theater bed, and another gas fireplace operated by remote

#3 - THIRD, play pool & other fun family games or relax on even more super comfy sofas while watching the game on our 3rd large screen tv in our 500 square foot Super Fun Family Game Room.

#4 - Another great gathering area is of course The kitchen of All Cabin Style Kitchens as it is not your typical cabin kitchen with room for multiple cooks and is fully equipped with stainless appliances including a convection oven, granite counters, large farm sink all within a whimsical McKenzie Childs decor & everything you'll ever need for the perfect family meal including bar stools for up to 13 hungry people to eat right at the kitchen island.

If you are looking for a venue to host a wedding or event both or cabins are very close to the Gathering Place.

The terrible review average is due to a Terrible guest who threw a rager of a party and after telling him he was not welcome back to any of our cabins he punished us with a rating of ONE. - Parking is available right on the property and four wheel drive vehicles or chains are not necessary unless the department of public safety suggests it due to excessive snow, which is very rare. - There are Uber drivers, but everyone drives their own vehicle...

WE MAKE OURSELVES AVAILABLE TO OUR GUESTS BY PHONE OR EMAIL DURING THEIR STAY - We do have a family friend who are a husband and wife team who are our "property manager/ Cleaners" who are as available as you need them to be. Upon arrival at our cabins you will receive our welcome letter which includes where to find the best grocery stores, our favorite places to eat, picnic, the cheapest and closest gas, local pubs, liquor stores, the best pizza, and the local hot spots. And of course where to golf, hike, tour, fish, horseback ride etc… And all of this is within minutes of the Lodge! PS - Don't forget our Family Friendly Gift Basket filled with necessities to start your vacation off right, so don't worry if you arrive w/ the muchies!

We had a large group, 3 generations. This lodge was perfect for all of us. We couldn't ask for a more suitable place.

Response from the owner BEWARE OF THIS DISRESPECTFUL RENTER - If you can't understand his south of the border slang, he is saying what a great cabin it is, but that he is mad that we caught him in his lies with our front door Ring catching him with double the amount of people (without paying extra), smoking in the cabin (whereas we do not permit smoking anywhere on the property), and waking up our neighbor after 12am (which has never EVER happened before) and as for the obvious Esteban did not follow our very easy to understand rules as he left the cabin a complete mess (which took our cleaners 6 hours to clean up after his 25 people (not 16 that he paid for) and did not take the garbage out until hours after the trucks came by (so he left us with 3 full large garbage cans) and lied about all of it like a child. Believe me when I say, "you don't want this person and his many followers who are also big partiers staying in your cabin!" He brings large groups over Christmas, New Years, and the first week of February which is 3 day weekend for Mexico - don't get me wrong, we have had many wonderful vacationers from Mexico who come with large groups who respect our homes, this just happens to NOT BE ONE. And if you call him out on his lies, just like a child, he gets mad and leaves a low score review as if he wants to ruin our family business which we obviously work hard to make a wonderful vacation home for our guests (NOT A FRAT HOUSE TO THROW A 3 DAY LONG BASH) People like Esteban have no business renting other people's property - Read the rest of our reviews, he is the only one who left a low score in 18 years. GO FIGURE
