IMPORTANT NOTES BEFORE BOOKING:
** Reserving guests must be a minimum of 23 years of age and must endorse our Guest Rental Agreement before dispensing house keys. ID is required at check-in.
** Effective October 1st, 2022, and until further notice, the Snowline community recreational amenities (including the swimming pool, clubhouse, tennis courts, etc.) are no longer available for Guest use. Please do not attempt to use them, as doing so will be subject to community fines for which our Guests are responsible.
Snowline Cabin #35 - A Pet-Friendly Country Cabin Perfect For Couples and Small Families Alike! Now Has Air Conditioning!
This 2-story, 3-bedroom, 1 1/2 bath country cabin is perfect for couples and small families alike! The 1st floor features a kitchen and dining area with a full size refrigerator/freezer, a glass top range/oven, a dishwasher, and a breakfast bar. Step down in to a sunken living room, and cozy up to the gas fireplace. The other side of the 1st floor features a half bath, a laundry/mud room with a shower and a washer/dryer. The second floor features one bedroom with 1-king sized bed, a second bedroom with 1-king sized bed, a third bedroom with 1-queen sized bed, and one full bath. Just outside you'll find a large deck. This pet friendly (2 Pet Maximum No Exceptions) and monitored family vacation home will sleep up to 6-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).
Snowline is located at the edge of the Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest, close to the Mt. Baker Ski Area and spectacular old growth forests, an area rich in history and outdoor opportunities.
The Mount Baker Recreation Area is a year-round playground! SUMMER Guests enjoy great hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, rock climbing, backpacking, freshwater fishing (lake and river), small game hunting, whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, nature viewing, and golf. WINTER Guests enjoy spectacular downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and sledding. Don't forget your camera...the photography is unsurpassed year-round!

In this regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written Guest Rental Agreement).
