Description

This 4000 square foot Victorian style home has 100 feet of beach front with panoramic views of the ocean from all three units. There is a wrap around deck fronting the beach with a patio that features a natural gas barbecue and fire pit.

The house is divided into three units that can only be rented together. We have 6 bedrooms with 9 private sleeping areas that can accommodate up to 22 people. There is one full kitchens with granite counter tops upstairs but each unit has access to a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and blender.

The house has seven flat screen TVs with DVD players and Netflix in each unit, five bathrooms (three with jetted tubs), two gas fireplaces, and two electric fireplaces.

The A unit is a 1 bedroom that sleeps 4; the B unit is a 2 bedroom that sleeps 10; and the Penthouse(PH) unit is a 3 bedroom that sleeps 8.

The one bedroom unit is on the first floor and has a magnificent view of the beach and ocean from the bedroom, kitchen, and dining area. A rap-around queen sleeper couch surrounds the fireplace and large screen TV. The dining table is next to the kitchen island. A queen bed is in the bedroom and a queen sleeper couch is in the den area.

The two bedroom is also on the first floor and has a beach and ocean view from the master bedroom which has a queen bed. The second bedroom has a double bunk bed and twin trundle with a roll away twin in the closet. The den has a large screen TV, a queen sleeper bed, a dining table, and a partial kitchen.

An oak spiral staircase leads upstairs to the penthouse suite which has panoramic views of the beach and ocean from the living room, dining room, and kitchen. There is a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, informal and formal dining areas, and a large living room with a large screen TV, gas fireplace, and multiple sitting areas. Across from the kitchen is a den with a queen sleeper bed. Between the kitchen and living room, French doors open to the balcony which has seating fronting the ocean and a built in gas BBQ.

The master bedroom suite features a spacious sitting area with a gas fireplace, TV, and a stained glass window. The futon couch flattens into a double bed. One bedroom has a queen bed, and the other has two twin beds and a balcony. A roof deck offers a spectacular 360 degree view of the ocean and mountains.
