Description
Seabreeze Unit is one of 4 units of Thompson's Seaside Villa .......(totally accommodates 12 adults).
Seabreeze is a separate 1 Bedroom Unit which gives you a view of the Caribbean Sea right from your bed. Ideal for a couple's honeymoon, anniversary, vacation or get-away. When the sea tide is high it covers the coral, which makes a good spot to fish and use the boat or kayak. For swimming you need to bring water shoes as there is a strip of coral before you get to the water.
There are beautiful beaches within 5 to 10min. drive or suntan on the small beach in front of your villa. Enjoy beautiful sunsets from your deck, grill your catch-of-the-day (fish) relax under the stars or just catch a suntan. Also available is a fire pit on the beach.
The unit has Queen Bed & Shower facility, 2 seat table, Stove-top cooking, Microwave. Coffee maker, toaster, iron & iron board, Flat screen TV, Cable, WiFi, Linens, apartment size fridge, silver ware, kitchen utensils.
Thompson's Seaside Villa is near Grocery shops, Bakery, Churches, Restaurants and site seeing spots. Tours can be arranged for fishing trips and island tours.
Near Governor's Harbour and Rock Sound Airports (35 mins drive)
We offer special rates on vehicles to our guest. Available vehicles for rent: GMC, CRV & Ford Taurus. We do airport pickup and drop off if you rent a vehicle.
We also have on site/available Bicycles, Kayaks, very small boat and a limited supply of snorkeling and fishing gear.

“Peaceful secluded beach condo”

“The best good value for price in Eleuthera for this little piece of heaven”
Before arriving to Eleuthera, we did not know Thompson’s Seaside Villas. We booked in October 2014 a bungalow on the Atlantic side of Eleuthera. When we arrived on December 28, we had the bad surprise to learn that the bungalow was not available any more. We spent the whole day to find something else to stay for the week (in the peak season!), and we found this little piece of heaven… After spending the whole day worrying, Spencer and Rosemary welcomed us, even at the very last minute, with smiles and kindness, and making sure the villa was clean and warm (a very beautiful bouquet of flowers was waiting for us!). And we spent such a wonderful week in this little piece of heaven! The villa is in a very quiet and safe location, with a beautiful nature around, and on the beach! The sunsets were amazing! The villa is so clean and so well equipped. 2 large bedrooms and bathrooms with very good beds, AC and mosquitos screens (yes, we needed them since there were sand flies during the evenings). The kitchen is fully equipped – and we had the TV and WIFI working well! Also, the terrace is amazing: large, with such a beautiful view, with many incredible shells! So, in conclusion: don’t miss this beautiful place and lovely owners… and it is so affordable compared to all the rentals in Eleuthera!
