Ideal holiday home for a couple who wants to visit VENICE and not only, in a peaceful area and convenient to amenities, surrounded by green in a single villa with private garden, garage and free wi-fi, consisting of double room, kitchen and complete bathroom with a large size shower, for maximum 3 guests.
Located just outside VENICE in downtown of the small art town MOGLIANO VENETO, just 20 minutes by train to VENICE. The train station is just 5 minutes walk from the house with very frequent trains to VENICE and back. A train weekly pass valid for unlimited travel roundtrip between VENICE and MOGLIANO VENETO is only € 13,30 per person. The bus stops to go to Venice or other destinations are close to the train station. Just 20 minutes by car from the airports of VENICE and TREVISO (airport transfers on request). At the crossroads of the art cities and beaches. Also within easy reach TREVISO, PADUA, VERONA and VICENZA, with an excellent rail link. LIDO DI JESOLO and other beaches at 40 km.

Situata alle porte di VENEZIA nel centro della piccola città d'arte MOGLIANO VENETO, a soli 20 minuti di treno per VENEZIA. La stazione ferroviaria è a 5 minuti a piedi dalla casa, con treni molto frequenti per VENEZIA e di ritorno. Un abbonamento settimanale al treno, valido per viaggi illimitati di andata e ritorno tra MOGLIANO VENETO e VENEZIA, ha la quota di € 13,30 a persona. Le fermate bus per andare a VENEZIA o altre destinazioni sono vicino alla stazione ferroviaria. A soli 20 minuti in macchina per gli aeroporti di VENEZIA e TREVISO. Al crocevia delle città d'arte e spiagge. Facilmente raggiungibili anche TREVISO, PADOVA, VERONA e VICENZA, con un collegamento ferroviario eccellente. LIDO DI JESOLO e altre spiagge a 40 km.
