Villa Emily is approved by Greek Tourism Organisation & managed by "etouri vacation rental management".
Located in Prines village, just a short drive away from Rethymno Old town and its long sandy beach, Villa Emily is a great holiday base for those who wish to explore the island, while staying in a peaceful area, away from the hustle and bustle of a town. The villa offers 4 bedrooms and spreads in 3 levels, accommodating up to 8 guests.
Layout of the villa
On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms, two of which feature double beds, while the third one offers 2 single beds. All bedrooms are air conditioned and offer balcony access. Additionally,a bathroom with bathtub is also located on this level
On the first floor you will find a spacious open plan living consisting of the room, fully equipped kitchen and adjacent indoor dinning table! The living room offers direct access to a balcony equipped with a sitting area, enjoying beautiful sea and sunset views! A WC is also available on the first floor.
On the lower floor, guests can find the fourth bedroom, also offering 2 single beds, as well as a bathroom with shower cabin. Finally, a fitness area is available for those who wish to stay active during their holiday, featuring an abs bench, chest press and elliptical machine.
Outdoor area
Furthermore, the outdoor area of Villa Emily offers several amenities, including:

“Amazing!”
We visited the villa for 11 nights in a very different world to when we booked (thanks to Covid). We weren’t sure until the last minute if we’d even be able to go due to ever changing travel advice. Communication was fantastic throughout from booking, until we left the island, and actually afterwards with queries too. Originally we intended to have a couple of days at the villa and hire a car so we could get out for a few days as well. In the end we didn’t get the car. The children were so happy in the villa we didn’t feel the need. We found the local mini market, and walked further to the larger shops and also Lidl for bigger shops. People in local restaurants are lovely, but watch out for the cocktail bar that doesn’t serve cocktails The layout wasn’t exactly what I expected and I was nervous of the stairs with my younger children (2 and 5), but they took the slowly and we had no problems. We also had communication with the villa owner who is lovely and so helpful. It was the first time we took the younger children on holiday and it didn’t disappoint. They loved it.
