This 1 bedroom 1 bath condo is thoughtfully furnished with your convenience and comfort in mind. Relax on the fold-out sofa or oversized chair in the living room, while socializing, reading, or watching TV.
The dining room seats up to 6.
This pleasant condo features a renovated kitchen with a washer/dryer. The dining room has seating for up to 6 people. You step down into a comfortable living room, where the fold-out sofa can accommodate additional guests and the oversized chair is just right to sink into with a good book or to watch a movie. Sliding glass doors open onto a small patio and woodland.
The bedroom has a queen bed, dresser, closet and a desk next to the window, with a woodland view. The spacious bath has a shower/tub combination.

LOCATION: As with any college town, you will find an abundance of restaurants, cafes, and coffee houses if you prefer to dine out.
TRANSPORTATION: If you've got a car, we've got a reserved parking space for you. But you don't need to rely on a car to get around. For example, if you are headed to the University of Maryland campus, you can walk (16 minutes), or ride a bike. Or, if you prefer to take the bus you can simply catch the 83 on Baltimore Ave heading south for 6 stops.
College Park/ University of Maryland has its own stop on the Washington area Metro Rail system. Downtown Washington, DC is just 10 stops or 23 minutes on the Metro Green Line. You also have the option of taking the Yellow Line from the Greenbelt station which is also a 23 minutes ride to downtown.
If the National Archives is your destination, the R3 bus will get you there in 10 minutes, or you can walk the 2 miles.
