Description

1 bedroom apt with living room,extra cot,full bath,kitchen space(dishes,sink, fridge, microwave, skillet,convection ovenonly). Quite neighborhood 5-10 mins from downtown Cincy, shopping,25mins from Indiana,Kentucky, cvg airport too). Why stay at a hotel bring your furry friend-if you have one- and relax.
Sweet nook of a home that's vibrant and soothing in all the right places. Built perfectly for two there is a large couch in the living room with chaise and/ or a twin cot that could accommodate an extra person(or two if you all really like each other)


There is a small kitchen with fridge, microwave, sink, plates,and pantry items. Certain items are always stocked like teas and sugar but something special comes from the room best traveled and this is sometimes in the form of Colombian roasted coffee or microwave popcorn. The living room has a blue ray player and a few DVD choices as well as a Chromecast for all streaming needs. Also there's usually a dog bed set up if you're traveling with your furry friend.

I'm happy to be has available to you as much as you'd like. I usually come say hi at least once but I'm generally pretty hands off. Always open for a text or call if you need me.

Very quiet neighborhood within 10-15 mins of downtown, shopping and grocery store a mile down the road. Top end of a cul-de-sac, the house doesn't have a ton of traffic right outside and usually the loudest sounds are the wind chimes .

There is a mainline bus stop 1 block away

Because the apartment is evolving she is never the same twice, visitors are always leaving good vibes in her walls and sometimes a jar of peanut butter in the pantry. It is our hope that the apartment retains some of the worldliness that her visitors bring with them, sometimes these are special notes left on her chalk board or suggestions to future guests as to the best delivery places. We are completely pet friendly within moderation- please no alpacas;).So come on over and find a new nuance or piece of artistic vision.

The apartment was not what the site portrayed. TV did not work except for videos. Very steep stairs, bathroom very small, and in poor condition. Very hard to find. I would not stay there again.
