THE VIEW

Enjoy this upstairs beachfront cottage condo with full ocean views from the master bedroom, living room, and kitchen. The sand and water's edge are just a few steps away! Experience incredible ocean breezes and sunsets sitting on one of the four balcony deck chairs.

KITCHEN AND DINING

Enjoy a beautifully updated kitchen with custom cabinets, quartz countertops, and stainless steel appliances, all with an open design that allows for plenty of useable countertop space. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the basic cooking utensils you need to prepare your culinary masterpieces while on your beach vacation. The dining table comfortably seats 6. There are also 4 additional spots at the counter for younger guests or quick bites.

LIVING AREAS

The living room has ample sitting room to house the condo's capacity of 6 with a large comfortable sofa with a chaise lounge and 2 oversized swivel chairs. There is a 55” flat-screen Smart TV in the living room that you can use to log in to your Netflix, Hulu, etc, and keep up on your favorite shows after a day in the waves. There is also cable TV with 250+ channels. The fireplace is fully functional and is available for your use and enjoyment during your stay for the occasional cool winter day - or to create an ambiance. There are also 4 wall heaters throughout the unit for extra warmth during the winter months if needed.

The condo has 2 bathrooms. The expanded master bath has an ensuite vanity area and a stunning walk-in rain shower with a handheld shower wand. The guest bath is in the hallway between the bedrooms and is just as stunning with a tub/shower combo with a handheld shower wand.

SLEEPING

D26 comfortably sleeps 6. The spacious master suite has a king-size bed and the guest bedroom features a Queen and Twin bed. For additional sleeping arrangements, there is a sofa sleeper with a memory foam queen mattress in the living room. In case you have members of your party with different viewing preferences there are also flatscreen Smart TVs with cable in both bedrooms. There is also an air mattress in the closet.

-This unit comes with TWO assigned parking spaces in the garage next to the unit

-A PacknPlay Travel Crib is provided in the unit for those traveling with younger guests.

-Hi-speed wireless internet is provided free of charge.

-D26 is also fully equipped with all the needed beach equipment to have a truly magical beach vacation including boogie boards (4), beach towels (6), sand toys, a beach umbrella (1), and beach chairs. (4).

**Please note there is no AC in the unit. For the most part, Oceanside is known for its temperate climate that stays in the "Goldilocks Zone" all year round, meaning not too hot, not too cold. If you do happen to be visiting during a warm spell we do provide fans in the condo to help create cooling cross breezes.

LOCAL AREA

D26 is located at North Coast Village, an oceanfront complex between the Oceanside Pier and the Harbor, built directly on the sand and just steps to the beach. Enjoy the lush tropical gardens with beautiful waterfalls, streams, koi ponds, and hidden alcoves. You'll have access to amenities such as a lagoon-style year-round heated pool and hot tub, commercial-sized barbeque area, putting green, fitness center, sauna, reserved garage parking, as well as laundry facilities, and 24-hr security to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. North Coast Village is truly a one-stop location for an unforgettable vacation.

If that's not enough, you can head down to the harbor or the pier and enjoy such activities as fine dining, jet ski, kayak, bike, and surfboard rentals, sailboat excursions, and deep-sea fishing. North Coast Village is centrally located you can walk to everything near the beach and your car can stay in its secure, underground parking spot- no hassling for beach parking!
