House rules

Children should never be left on the beach or in the camps alone. You must be over 25 to rent our cottages.
Parties or loud music/noise which would disturb the neighbors is not allowed between 10:00pm and 8:00am. No extra guest are allowed in the house or on the beach.
The house must be left in the condition in which it was found. Furniture in it's original place, frig. empty, dishwasher run, take all your leftover food and trash to the dumpster.

Response from the owner Thank you for staying with us. I am glad you enjoyed the amazing views and the kayaks. I will speak to my cleaning people about the dust. I have never had a complaint about my staff before. Usually the place is spotless. I am sorry that you did not feel secure in our home. We leave the doors open when we are expecting guests as a convince. Of course you can lock the doors once you arrive. Please forgive the misunderstanding, my son knocked on the door and thinks someone inside the house said he could enter. I work very hard to make sure this is one of the nicest rental homes on the lake. I wish you had contacted me about your concerns, while you were there.
