Only 15 Km from the center of Florence, the Gello farm is located at the center of an estate of about 20 hectares planted with olive trees and surrounded by woods: this is the ideal place to spend days immersed in the tranquility, in close contact with nature. The location is ideal for those who want to combine the charm of the Tuscan countryside to the art cities: Florence, Lucca, Siena and Arezzo are easily reached in a day. The house is located in the town of Calenzano and is about 15 minutes from the A1 motorway. The Gello farm is a small village consisting of two buildings separated by a courtyard. The house, whose original nucleus consists of a tower of 1300, has been recently renovated keeping the Tuscan tradition, keeping intact the charm of ancient terracotta floors and original fixtures. During the renovation, furniture and comfort they were particularly well. Spread over several levels, the house consists of: - entrance / living room with fireplace, kitchen, dining room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms at street level; - A bedroom in the fourteenth century tower; - A double room that overlooks a large terrace and a porch to dell'aia level; complete the floor, a reading room, a room with a wood stove and two utility rooms; The weekly rental includes the provision of all linen, both the bedroom and for the bathrooms and the pool.
