Description

Lansdowne is a modern, light & airy apartment situated in beautiful countryside within a few minutes walk of the famous book town of Hay-on-Wye. The property is a self-contained annexe to the owners home and guests have full use of their delightful garden. The accommodation comprises one bedroom with double bed, built in wardrobe and dressing table, a bathroom with bath (shower over) and a very spacious open plan sitting/dining room with well equipped kitchen area and vaulted ceiling. There is ample off road parking. The property also benefits from underfloor heating.

“Warm & Cosy”

This is a lovely apartment. So light and airy. The weather outside was cold and wet but inside the apartment, it was lovely warm and cosy. Very modern and clean. Comfy bed and super shower.

“Lovely dog friendly accommodation”

A lovely quiet apartment above the owners garage so no need to worry about noise. Out of hay but the location is great - backs onto the local farms. It's easy to walk into town. There's very little going on at hay at the moment but that wasn't the reason I came. I enjoyed local walks and coffees out of doors. Some of the bookshops are dog friendly others not. I hope to go back one day!

“First class apartment”

Situated just outside Hay on Wye everything you could need from a holiday apartment. We had bad weather so really appreciated comfy home. Would have no problem booking again.

“Lovely apartment in a great location”

Lovely spacious apartment, light and airy and well presented with everything needed and friendly hosts. the apartment is in a great location with walks straight from the front door or a 10 minute walk through the fields into Hay With it’s quirky shops and cafes. More serious walking in the Brecon or Black Mountains is around 30 minutes drive. Highly recommend for a relaxing break

How do damage deposits work?
