Description
Lovely, quiet little apartment for short stays (minimum 2 nights) or longer lets (up to 1 year). Near the Arsenale, in a non-touristy area, only ten minutes walk from St. Mark's, it is located at the ground floor but safe from high water danger (mt.1,52 above sea level) and has its own entrance.
Simply but pleasantly furnished, this apartment is very comfortable for 2-3 people. The windows overlooking a canal, a "riva" and a little inner courtyard provide enough light and create a lovely atmosphere.

A comfortable living/dining room open plan with a well-equipped kitchen area, a double bedroom and a shower room (including W.C., basin and bidet). The two sofa beds (one double, the other with two beds) in the living room, however, can be suitable for 2 or even 3 persons more. Washing machine, T.V., radio/CD player available; no telephone. Free WI-FI. Linen provided.

“wonderful apartment”
The apartment is beautiful, clean, well equipped; nice view on the channel. Very good location near Biennale and Piazza San Marco; at the same time quiet and not overcrowded with tourists.

Response from the owner Really sorry for the disappointment. I'd like the guest call me immediately after first night and I'd send the waitress again. One thing I cannot accept: the suspect linen and towels were not cleaned!! I cannot be responsible for the smell from the channel: sometimes it happens in Venice. Anyway I must apologize with the guest.

“Brilliant location and ideal facilities”
Everything about this apartment was great. The initial contact with Alfio was quick and friendly. The instructions for arrival were spot on (he even suggested how we could travel from where we parked) and the key was waiting for us. The location was fantastic - quiet yet only 10 mins walk from St Marks. A stunning view along a canal just made the position great. Even though Alfio wasn't around he responded to a text about leaving our bag on the final day and the cleaning lady (Mrs Valentino- who didn't speak a word of English) was great. I could highly recomend this for a few days or a longer stay in Venice. Ideal for 2 or 4 people, tight for 6.

“Great apartment in quite location close to all amenities.”
The apartment is beautifully situated in a quiet part of Venice over looking a small canal The ground floor apartment is well equipped and spacious with the benefit of a small courtyard. Local shops, Restaurants,and Vaporeta all within 5 minuets walking distance.St Marks is approx 15 minutes walk away.Overall this is a delightful apartment that we look forward to visiting again.

“Off the beaten track.”
Lovely little apartment located next to a small canal in Arsenal area. Locale quiet and peaceful and away from touristy areas, but within walking distance and near Vaporetto stops. Nice cafes and small shops near. Plenty of restaurants in area or within walking distance, well located if going to Lido. Apartment basic, but with everthing you could want and owner very friendly. Will definitely go here again if available in the future.
