The Gites at SiBémol invite you to try the BOHEME SPIRIT a sedentary gipsy caravan made of wood

• A cosy nest, implanted in the middle of a private fenced field of 7000m2, turn to the south-east, fenced + trees all around

• Built on a hilltop + clear view on the countryside

• Cottage of 18m2/190Sqft recently built with all comfort inside

• Air cond. reversible & good insulation made of chanvre

• Furniture new or in good condition

PROPERTY

This shepherd hut is part of a property of 70000m2/12 acres made of 2 farmhouses of the XIXth Century in the Hamlets of Magril and the Brandettes

• Studio, combining living and sleeping area

• Queen size bed (160x200cm)

• +1 single pullout bed OR baby travel cot, usefull in summer when it's possible to take meals outside in the garden

• All bedding in synthetic & anti-allergy (1 duvet 1 quilt 1 bolster & 4 pillows)

All house linen is at disposal with no extra charges

(bed linen, 1 bathrobe 1 bath towel 1 glove for each one + table clothes, tea towels…)

- Private pool means unsupervised swimming for children, so a parent should stay around the pool to watch them

- to share only with 2 or 3 families staying in the other gites even at the high season and not going to the swim at the same time (with so many things to do in the area) so most of the time it’s for the exclusive use of a family.

- Our village has more than 20 pools, so all neighbours do not come to swim at home + lot of space round the pool, it's always very quiet there.

- Quiet atmosphere, reason why it's built the pool not too close to the houses, to dive in without disturbing someone trying to have a nap

- + Powerful pomp to swim against the current

- Pool is nearby the main Farm. The path of the Bruyères (Heather) crossing the property lead you there by foot, bicycle or car in 3mn

• Free access to the laundry in the cellar of the main farm

• Cats & Dogs accepted with no daily charge, if they are not aggressive with the other guests & other pets in shared spaces`
