Description
The property is surrounded by cypress and oak woods, olive and vineyards, dominating a little lonely valley. It is located in one of the most wooded and well preserved part of Chianti Classico area, between S.Donato in Poggio and Castellina in Chianti. It is easy to see roe-deers, even during the day, istrici (a particular kind of porcupine introduced by the Romans, emblem of one 'contrada' of Siena's palio ) squirrels, birds...
Red house, 1 Bedroom, Sleeps 4, 1 Bathroom: an entrance hall leads to a living room, double sofa bed to change into two different single beds, chimney..., a small separate kitchen, dishwasher, microwave..., a closet with heating and a washing machine, a bathroom, shower and the stairs to the first floor where there is a master bedroom besides a really small room however with six small windows and a chairbed. A covered veranda leading to a wood of cypresses is built around two sides of the house.
Swimming pool 83 square metres wide shared with us open from the beginning of May to the beginning of October.
Minimum stay 3 days, discounts from the second week and third week (accordingly to the season). Please email me for price.
N.B.: additional charges not payable online:
Tourist tax: €1,5/adult/night for the first three nights.
Utilities: electricity, €0.40/kW and gas, €3,9/m3.
Security deposit of euro one hundred fifty(€100) in cash is payable on arrival and will be refunded in cash on departure once stay tax and utilities have been deducted.
