Description
Badagyle (formerly Badger's Den) is a traditional cottage set in a magnificent position over looking Stac Polly and the mountains of Coigach and Loch Badagyle. Positioned at the junction of the road to Achitibuie and the coastal road to Lochinver, Badagyle Cottage sits in glorious isolation in one of Scotland's most scenic landscapes however the village of Achiltibuie with a shop, hotel, bar and cafe are only 8 miles away.
Please note that Sunday is the changeover day.
Electricity is not included, payable at the end of your stay by meter reading.

“A lovely stay”
A lovely stay in a beautiful location. Perfect for our dogs with a secure garden. The cottage was spotlessly clean and cosy. Had everything we needed for a peaceful and relaxing break.

“Comfortable peaceful cottage.”
The cottage is north of Ullapool with amazing views of the surrounding countryside. If it is peace and quite you want this is the place for you. The cottage is well equipped and cosy and we will certainly be returning in the future.

“wonderful wee place,where the silence at night is broken by the "Mooos" of deer in the hills...”
Loved this place, neat tidy set out and beautiful location....no other house for 15 miles!...must explore areas are the Assynt area where fairytale castles do exist in haunting locations....dont come here and moan about the rain..weather changes within a 100 yard walk...you will exhaust your camera battery though...such amazing sights....this place i will return to...i already miss my days exploring here and home to sit outside and "wow" at the location....but dont make the mistake of following signs "to the Brochs" we did and ended up outside a house in Achiltibuie...we asked to see the Brochs and an English woman said we couldnt cos someone was in them!....The Brochs is a guest house!...you have to laugh!

“Wow”
Fantastic well equipped cottage in a great position. Views are amazing. It's been 11years since we were here last it won't be that e till we're back. Only disappointment was the fact that electricity was not included in the rental,would be good idea to inform in advance.
