This lovely, ground floor apartment is set within the owner's home in a quiet cul-de-sac, less than half a mile from Rhos-on-Sea, with two bedrooms able to accommodate four people.Treetops is a wonderful, ground floor apartment within the owners' home, in a quiet cul-de-sac just outside the centre of Rhos-on-Sea on the coastline of North Wales. The property has two bedrooms, a king-size double and a twin, as well as a family bathroom. There is a kitchen and a sitting room with a flame-effect gas fire and a dining area where you can sit and plot the day's activities over breakfast, or indulge in a glass of wine or two with dinner after a busy, fun-filled day. Outside, there is a patio with furniture where you can dine in the sunshine, there's also parking and storage for bikes and kayaks. In a great spot for exploring the beautiful, rural coastline of Conwy, Treetops is a must for a family holiday or a getaway with friends. One well-behaved dog welcome.

Note: Sloped parking and some steps down to the apartment, those with limited mobility should take care. Note: The A55 is close by, some road noise may be heard.
Region: Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.
Town: Rhos-on-Sea, a town on the North Wales coast, is four miles from Victorian Llandudno and 18 miles from popular inland destination Betws-y-Coed. Rhos-on-Sea has an attractive harbour and a relaxed air, and is sandwiched between two bays; Penrhyn and Colwyn. The town offers shops, pubs and restaurants, and the area is full of opportunities for walking, fishing, sailing, watersports and golf.
