Beachhousewa property

Beachousewa is a local, small business, owned and operated by me. Vacations when I was growing up were always spent at the beach. The smell of the salt air and the feel of sand on my bare feet meant good times when I was a young boy.

As I grew up, building and creating spaces for my family to connect and unwind became my passion. Seagrass is the first home I designed and built. It has a special place in my heart and truly feels like home. It is my pleasure to share it with you. I hope it fosters as many special moments for you and yours as it still does for me and mine.
