Description
The San Trovaso Loft is a newly listed and well-designed boutique apartment found next to the Zattere waterfront and the famous Squero di San Trovaso (the last Gondola-Yard of Venice), in the Dorsoduro district. The area is rich in cultural attractions such as the Church of the Salute, the Island of San Giorgio Maggiore, the Redentore's Church, Ca' Rezzonico museum, the Peggy Guggenheim Collection, Cà Foscari University and much more. There are also many affordable bars and restaurants serving Venetian specialties mainly for local people and students.
The strength of the San Trovaso apartment is in fact the location, beside the stylish and contemporary feel of the interiors which have been restored with high standards and furnished with care. The enormous window confers brightness to the environment, while the natural parquet flooring and old wooden beamed ceiling confer warmth. The apartment is very quiet and absolutely charming, the perfect solution of those who want to keep the budget of the vacation low without compromising on location, style and comfort!
The apartment is located at the first floor and get access from the Fondamenta di San Trovaso. The building is very safe and quiet. In the spacious living room there is a small table for two (but another table like that is folded behind the sofa), a comfortable double pull-out sofa-bed, a designer closet which hides TV, DVD, books and other useful everyday items. The kitchenette with 2 electric stoves, fridge, kettle and all the basic utensils is found below an easy to climb staircase that leads to the bedroom upstairs in the gallery. The comfortable queen size bed fits pretty well with a desk and a wardrobe in the cozy gallery. Please note that the height of the gallery is about 185 cm. A luxury bathroom with large shower cabin is found next to the entrance.
The San Trovaso Loft is equipped with Wi-Fi, Air Conditioning, Autonomous Heating System and washing machine, beside other basic electrical appliances. We suggest the San Trovaso Loft to couples or singles (2 guests can sleep on 2 separate beds if requested, one in the sofa-bed, the other in the gallery). Even if rather compact, it is very comfortable and chic.
Additional amenities include: iron & ironing board, interconnecting apartment, autonomous heating, smoking not permitted, security door, first or ground floor, hairdryer.
