Description

Enjoy all the comforts of home in our 6 bedroom house 65 feet from the sea. We have the best sunsets in town, easy access to the water and all the conveniences of town without the traffic. Not just a rental unit, Down By The Seaside is a fully equipped home. Spend the day in the water, then shower off under the outdoor shower, or lounge in the shade of our large front porch. Travel out into the bay on a kayak, or stay closer to shore and snorkel in our front yard. Enjoy the sunset from a lawn chair while you grill fresh caught fish over a wood fire. Walk to one of the 3 grocery stores, or drive to one of the local restaurants.

2 queen beds, 2 full beds and 2 twin beds sleep 10 comfortably. We have 2 full baths, 2 half baths and an outdoor shower with hot water. Our fully furnished kitchen has all the equipment you need to prepare meals at home, and we have coolers and picnic supplies if you would rather take lunch to the beach.
