This charming terraced cottage in Hawes sleeps five people in three bedrooms.Bridge House is a terraced cottage in Hawes. The cottage has a king-size bedroom with en-suite, a twin room and a single, along with a bathroom and ground floor cloakroom. There is a kitchen, dining room with woodburner and sitting room with electric fire. There is off road parking for one car and additional parking is available in a nearby car park. Bridge House makes an ideal base for touring, with walks from the door and the amenities of Hawes on the doorstep. Please note, Bridge House will only accept bookings of three nights or above.
Amenities: Electric central heating with woodburning stove and electric fire. Electric double oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with Sky Movies and Sports, DVD, CD/radio, iPod dock, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent, fuel for stove available to purchase locally. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car, additional parking on first come, first served basis in car park 1 min walk away. Small terrace with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops and pubs 1 min walk. Please note, Bridge House will only accept bookings of three nights or above.

Town: The delightful market town of Hawes is the highest settlement in Wensleydale and home to the delicious Wensleydale cheese. The town is also famous for rope making; a skill passed down through the generations and a fascination for many of the visitors that come to the town. A regular market is held on a Tuesday and Hawes has many excellent shops and eateries in its midst. The beautiful limestone countryside surrounding the town provides a huge variety of walks and other outdoor pursuits, and for sightseeing opportunities the area is unsurpassed with the spectacular Hardraw Force and theAysgarth falls just two of the natural wonders to be seen. Hawes is a delightful town and makes a superb base for a holiday in this magnificent area.
