2 Bedrooms, 1 full Bath and 1/2 bath. We just renovated 1st bedroom and built new 1/2 bath. Completely Furnished duplex house is located at peaceful and beautiful St Pete Beach. We strive to absolutely present a clean, comfortable setting. Our floors are original hardwood, they are tidy and very unique, The kitchen is original as well, but it is bright, neat, and all appliances are standard size . We are proud of our authentic and genuine appearance, and we trust you can appreciate that. Each bedroom furnished with New Queen size bedroom set, New Twin size Sleeper Sofa Made by lazy boy company (they are very comfortable to sleep on ). two single twin rollaway bed available. comfortably sleep 7 people.
The house is located 1 minute from beach. Trolley bus will take you all near beach. Close to shopping, restaurants, bars, and downtown St. Petersburg. you only need to bring groceries sunscreen ,everything else is here, everything but you!. furniture and bedding that make you feel like your home. Jack and Jill bathroom will give you a privacy from your guest . A laundry room in the premises along with a new gas BBQ grille in the backyard.
WE ALLOW PETS (NON-REFUNDABLE PET FEE AND VACCINATION PROOF REQUIRED). PLEASE REFER TO OUR HOUSE RULES FOR PET FEE CHARGE.
WE USE CLEANING COMPANY THAT SPECIALIZE ON PETS, WE MAKE SURE THERE WOULD BE NO ODOR & HAIR IN THE PROPERTY AFTER THE PET LEAVES, GUARANTEED.
