SWEET HOME ALABAMA!!!

We are 4 MILES TO GULF OF MEXICO BEACHES and GULF SHORES NATIONAL PARK AND LAKE SHELBY AND THE FLORA-BAMA AREA!

There’s just something special about being near the water. The beautiful views, the gentle breeze, and the soft sand all combine to create a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere. It is a sanctuary like no other. Enjoy the feel of sugar white sand between your toes. Experience the tranquility of long walks on a pristine beach.

Our balcony faces a beautiful sunshine every morning for you to sit and have your coffee AND THEN off to our BEACHES!

.Please take advantage of the various activities within a couple miles of your condo stay. We have boat rentals, dolphin cruises, fishing, zip-line, para-sailing, jet ski rentals, 2 shopping malls, a movie theater, golf, zoo, race tracks, putt putt golf, arcade center, water park and not to mention the BEAUTIFUL BEACHES!

We are famous for our restaurants which include, LuLu's, The Hangout, The Wharf, The Oyster House, Cosmos, The Boardwalk, Cobalt,Bills on the Beach, Pink Pony on the beach, Shrimp Basket, Nolan's Dance Club and Lambert's Throw Rolls.

Our little town is packed with things to do and places to see, FIVE minute drive is all you need to reach any destination.

After a day full of activities, you can come home to a nice quiet retreat and relax by the pool.

Units have access to workout room, hot tub, pool, tennis courts, club room/cookout area.

Lower floor, easy access. Plenty of parking. Handicap Accessible! Fully furnished kitchen, sheets, towels, and washer/dryer......just bring your bathing suit!.

Unit is just off Gulf Shores Parkway (Hwy 59) 4 miles to the public beaches in Gulf Shores. Location is very quiet!. The driveway is very long and well off Rt 59. We are located at Colony Club.

We want you to enjoy our condo and treat it as your own. Enjoy our town, our beaches and most important your vacation:)

Response from the owner I apologize for any musty smells. I have never been told that the condo smelled musty. If you go through my reviews you will see that it was never an issue. I will have the maid go through it thoroughly and see why ir if it's an issue. Thank you for the review.

How do damage deposits work?
