Description - Incredible view of the Canale degli Ormesini and modern and luxury details are the main features of this apartment, that is on the first floor in a quiet area of Cannaregio, very close to Ghetto area and Venice casino. Stylish and modern apartment that consist of: a hall corridor with particular modern paintings, a modern living room with kitchenette and a sofa and two wonderful and modern double rooms. The bathroom is all in green mosaic. The pride of this apartment is the view of a venetian canal that can be seen from the two balconies of the living room or the bedrooms.

The kitchen, perfectly equipped, suits the great Italian gastronomical tradition. Marco Polo has all the necessary equipment: dishwasher, air conditioning, TV , toaster, hair-dryer, iron and autonomous heating.

Location - The apartment is located in a strategic area, because it’s just few minutes from Piazzale Roma, Santa Lucia railway station and very close to Canal Grande, the final destination of the journey to the most beautiful square in the world: Piazza San Marco.

The nearest ferryboat stop is San Marcuola; the railway station and Piazzale Roma can be easily reached by walking. At a stone’s throw from Marco Polo there is the Strada Nuova, Venice main street where every day you can choose a different restaurant among the numerous restaurants of the area or, for those who prefer cooking at home, you can buy the typical products in a grocer’s shop. The flat is 5 minutes from the Rialto Bridge, where you can find many souvenir shops. Piazza San Marco can be reached by going along Calle Frezzeria, where you can find, among the others, Gucci and Valentino boutiques.

Concerning the check-in procedure, unfortunately, when you booked the check-in procedure was different. That's why we sent you closer to the arrival date an email with all the correct instructions to collect the keys at our new office in Piazzale Roma and we gave you at the moment of the check-in all the detailed and updated rules for trash, check-out, wi-fi etc. Hope to see you again in Venice!
