Description - An elegant and bright apartment, with high quality design finishes such as the refined and distinctive flooring – in brief, allow me to introduce CA FORNER. The apartment, which is located on the first floor of an elegant Venetian building includes: a modern and spacious living area with sofa and a fully equipped kitchen; two elegant bedrooms: a double bedroom and a bedroom with three single beds. One bedroom has a private bathroom and the other bedroom has a bathroom with window, both with shower. The apartment features many mod-cons: independent heating system, air-conditioning and Wi-Fi service included in the accommodation price, crib (upon request), plasma TV. The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people.

Location - CA FORNER is located in the Sestiere di Cannaregio where there are several restaurants and typical bars. The apartment is not far from the train station and the car park Piazzale Roma. A few steps from the location there is Strada Nuova, a nice stroll where you can dedicate to shopping and that will lead you into the heart of the city, where you can find historical and artistic important places, the museum, the Rialto Bridge and St. Mark’s Square. Ca Forner is easily reachable from the train station or from the car park Piazzale Roma with the ferries ACTV line 1, getting off in the stop “San Marcuola”.

Nos gustaría sólo señalar que el sofá no debe utilizarse como una cama, pero hay dos cunas que se utilizan para dormir, completo con ropa nueva y limpia. Esperamos pronto darle la bienvenida de nuevo!

How do damage deposits work?
