Description - SKYLINE PENTHOUSE offers a breathtaking panorama, complete with a table and chairs for dining under the stars. This enchanting and well-furnished penthouse is located in an ancient Venetian palazzo in the Castello district, which overlooks the Venice lagoon and the Island of San Pietro.

Thanks to its unique structure and exceptional amenities, this location is perfect for both a few friends or a family, and offers a chance to discover all the charms of Venice in maximum comfort.

The building is located in the heart of the Castello district, in an area that’s easily accessible thanks to its proximity to Via Garibaldi, where numerous supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies and shops can be found. The building’s surrounding landscape is breathtaking: from here, in fact, guests can enjoy a spectacular panorama that includes the Venice lagoon, the rooftop of the Basilica, and the bell tower in Piazza San Marco.

Situated on the second floor of an ancient building in the historic centre of Venice, this apartment has been entirely renovated to ensure every comfort and amenity, without compromising on the Venetian architectural tradition. In fact, guests will find wooden ceilings with exposed beams, stone walls and parquet flooring throughout, thus resulting in a warm, pleasant and relaxed atmosphere.

The unit extends over two levels, with a spacious living area on the first floor that’s divided into a comfortable dining area and a separate fully-equipped kitchen for preparing delicious home-made meals. The kitchen offers a beautiful view of the lagoon and boatyard. The first floor also includes a large double bedroom, which boasts excellent lighting, air conditioning and a splendid view of the canal. The room is furnished in modern style, complete with a wardrobe for storing personal effects. The first floor bathroom features a large shower and a hairdryer.

A modern metal staircase leads to the upper floor, which boasts a magnificent sloping gabled ceiling. The upstairs living area comes complete with a large sofa bed and a TV area. The upstairs bathroom also has a shower and a hairdryer. The second floor also provides access to a charming Venetian terrace complete with a table and chairs, where guests can enjoy breathtaking views of the Venice lagoon and rooftops.

Location - A magnificent ancient building consisting of 3 apartments, each of which has been entirely renovated in elegant Venetian style.

The Sea to Sky residence boasts spectacular views of the Venice lagoon, and is located in the heart of Venice at just a few steps from the Church of San Pietro di Castello, one of the city’s most ancient cathedrals.

Just around the corner, guests will find the Arsenale, the Art Biennale exhibition halls and the Naval Museum. Piazza San Marco is just 15-minutes away on foot, where visitors can admire the splendid Basilica and the surrounding museums that enhance its charm.

“Wonderful Venice”

Super flat in v quiet area but 10 minute walk to Vaporetto stop, shops and restaurants on Garibaldi or 20 minutes to StMarks. Well appointed and comfortable with fabulous roof top balcony.
