Our location for Mardi Gras and Jazz Fest is IDEAL - 5 minute walk to Jazz Fest at the Fair Grounds Race Track - most venues are within walking distance. Bicycling is the best way to travel long distances during Mardi Gras. Walk to grocery stores, restaurants, Bayou St. John & City Park. Relax and BBQ in the completely landscaped lush and tropical backyard. Plenty of street parking. All the comforts of home, just pack your bags and make your way over!
New Orleans has so much to offer! Start your day with Mimosa's, coffee, eggs benedict or beignets. Enjoy a leisurely walk in the Quarter or Garden District, a Steamboat Ride on the River, or cocktails on the balcony before dancing the night away on Bourbon Street. If Bourbon isn't your cup of tea, relax while listening to some of the country's best Jazz Musicians at clubs about town. The City is one of America's Jewels, don't blame us when you want to return to her again and again and again!
When it's time to take a break, this studio comes complete with a 42' flat-screen TV with full cable to keep you amused and informed during your stay, along with a full kitchen - gas range and oven, microwave, toaster, pots, pans, utensils, silverware, coffee maker and more provide all the basics for snacking or cooking a full meal. There is a king bed along with a pull out twin-size couch for a third guest! All cotton designer linens.

“Great Studio Apt”
