Villa 4 faces on one level in second line 70m of the sea Narbonne beach between Karantes and the mediterranean bd. 3 B (ch1: 1X140- Chbre2: 1X140- Chbre3: 1x120 + Convertible BZ) larger dressing with BZ convertible. Washing machine and dryer in the dressing. Only 1 bathroom (but separate toilet) with full-size bath, double sink, window. The toilet is separate, with window. Garden with barbecue, sea view terrace, porch, vehicle locations (one in the garden, 2 out) Pretty kitchen equipped dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer TV LED 55 inch 'to the wall with satellite dish, leather corner sofa for the whole family (not convertible). WiFi "orange" good connection. Living area about 90 / 100m2. Very nice, in any case, so far I have had nothing but compliments! And I always try to do the best. It is regrettable that there is only one bathroom, but with a water gun to shower upon returning from the beach is available. This is the house that my grandfather did in the 60s and I've completely renovated in 2010.

“Enjoyable times”

“Nice villa, close to beach.”
Nice villa, close to beach. Plenty of good restaurants within walking distance. Large market a few minutes away at St Pierre De La Mer & Gruissan only minutes away in other direction.

Nous tenons beaucoup à cette maison, nous essayons de l'entretenir et ceci est possible grâce à vous tous. Les loyers nous permettent effectivement d'entretenir et d'améliorer cette maison. Durant cet été 2018 nous avons changé les Sommiers et les matelas. Cet hiver nous faisons installer une climatisation réversible, elle sera en place pour les vacances de Noël et jour de l'an. Encore merci à vous tous.
