Description

Our lovely detached holiday home is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with off-road parking and a large, lawned private garden. 2 minutes from Broad Beach, 2' from the High Street; hang up your car keys, no driving necessary!

Two upstairs bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin) with modern toilet/shower room, two downstairs bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin) with modern family bathroom, shower over the bath. Two families can have their own space and a bathroom each. Downstairs living room has TV linking into the dining area which seats 8. The modern, well-equipped kitchen includes microwave, fridgefreezer, dishwasher and electric oven and hob.

Broadband wireless internet connection.

Friday to Friday bookings with weekends available off-season. Bedding and towels supplied but please bring your own beach towels. One well-behaved dog allowed in the living area only. Unfortunately we can't accept groups under 25 years of age.

“Great location and place to stay, close to beach ,shops and restaurants .”

Had a great stay no problems , Mike was extremely helpful nothing was too much trouble. It is pet friendly and child friendly we took our grandchildren they loved it. Would definitely stay again

We have been coming to Rhodneigr for 8 years. We spent the last 3 years in a lovely house but had to changed weeks. This house needs modernising. It's not large enough for 8 adults. The lounge is too small for everyone to sit around together. The kitchen is too small for 8 adults. The bathrooms are also very dated. I would struggle to recommends this house due to the state of it. Also towels aren't provided which we have never experienced before. On arriving we had to wash pots and pans. There are no spare pillows and blankets and very little to make this house feel homely. Most of the dinner plates are chipped Location is fab but let down by the above...

In addition to those comments, we replaced all crockery in June 2019 and were unaware of any damage; there are three 3-seater sofas and a small chair in the lounge and the dining room table does extend to accommodate 8. Also, we are reliant on people putting pots and pans away in a clean state. We apologise if this did not happen for your stay. Kind regards Mike and Lindsey"

The house is lovely and 5 minutes walk from the beach. Really perfect location. Mike sent helpful emails about the accommodation and surrounding area beforehand and answered all my questions quickly. Would absolutely recommend.
