Description
The Manin is a newly listed and brand new apartment with stunning panoramic view on Campo Santo Stefano, one of the nicest squares of the historic city, located only few meters from the famous Accademia Bridge, in the San Marco District.
The location is possibly the best in Venice Historical Center for its quietness, beauty and central position. The public transport stop and the supermarket are only few minutes’ walk away and there are plenty of excellent restaurants and cafés in the surroundings.
It is found at the 2nd floor of an historic “Palazzo” , completely renovated and finally offered to our privileged guests in 2015 for the first time.
Full of natural light, elegantly furnished with some renown designer pieces, the Manin is truly comfortable for everyone, be it a family with children or a romantic couple everyone will probably find it perfect. Authentic Terrazzo Veneziano flooring, antique wooden beamed ceiling, precious mosaic tiles in both bathrooms, luxury shower cabins are only some of the highlights of this property.
Beside the location, the great plus of the Manin apartment is definitively the picturesque view on the square enjoyable from the living room and the stone balcony where you can enjoy an aperitif or a cop of good coffee reading a book and observing the slow pace of the city life.
It is laid out on about 80 square meters and is composed of a living and dining room with a two comfortable sofas and a table for up to 6 people, a functional kitchen equipped with brand new appliances, the main bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a second smaller bedroom with a second bathroom. In the main bedroom there are 2 single mattresses that can be used as king size bed or twin on request, while the second bedroom can be accessed through a sliding wall in the living room (this room can be completely separated and closed from the living room) with 160cm wide by 200 cm long mattress.
Every room is equipped with air-conditioning system and there is climate controlled heating, Wi-Fi internet connection and Smart TV in the living room. All in all the Manin is a truly charming and exclusive home, for both short and long stays.
Additional amenities include: iron & ironing board, autonomous heating, smoking not permitted, central location, security door, hairdryer, panoramic view.
