This second-floor condo offers stunning Caribbean views plus tons of space for your family or group of friends to enjoy a tropical vacation together. Enjoy a large patio overlooking the white sand beach and endless shades of blue as far as the eye can see.


With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, Villa del Playa #3 provides the perfect space to enjoy a group vacation without feeling cramped for space.


The location is ideal, too. You can walk into the middle of West End in only 10 minutes, but you're far from the noise of the busy main road.


Here, you can relax in utter tranquility. Villa del Playa faces the sea with tall palm trees growing all around the rest of the building. With only 6 condo units in this small complex, you won't even realize you're in the most popular tourist area in Roatan.


This stretch of beach is peaceful and feels essentially private with very few other people around. You'll love waking up to the songs of tropical birds and the views of morning sung shimmering across the Caribbean Sea below.


Enjoy breakfast on your large balcony with your family or friends. Fresh local mango and local Honduran coffee are an ideal way to start your day in paradise!


If you're ready for lots of activity, this location is perfect for kayaking out to Blue Channel, one of Roatan's favorite dive and snorkel sites. Enjoy the colorful underwater views all day, and then retreat to your oasis of calm and comfort.


You could also take advantage of the private dock to have your dive boat, fishing excursion, or island charter pick you up and drop you off. Or take a water taxi over to world-famous West Bay Beach only minutes away.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your booking page. To change your dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
