This ground floor apartment in Porthmadog sleeps four people in two bedrooms.Taliesin is a delightful ground floor apartment situated in Porthmadog. This cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms, consisting of a king-size double and a single, along with a bathroom. The cottage also has an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with single sofa bed. Outside there's a front, gravelled area with furniture and secure off road parking for one car. Taliesin is a wonderful base for exploring the harbour town of Porthmadog and this majestic part of North Wales. Note: The charging of electric cars is not permissible at the property
Amenities: Gas central heating. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, deep freeze, washer/dryer, TV with basic Sky, Blu-ray, WiFi, selection of books. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Secure off road parking for 1 car. Front, paved area with furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking inside or outside in the grounds of this property. Shops, pubs and restaurants 2 mins walk. Harbour/marina 1 min walk. Beach 2 miles. Note: The raised front paved area is private to Taliesin, the lower gravelled area provides access to neighbouring properties. Note: Access to keys on initial arrival at the property is via a few small steps. Note: The outside are is not enclosed so children and pets are to be supervised. Note: There is a Good Housekeeping Bond of £100 for this cottage.Note: The charging of electric cars is not permissible at the property
Region: Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.
Town: The harbour town of Porthmadog is situated on the Glaslyn Estuary and offers individual shops and restaurants, and is home to the Ffestiniog Railway. Close by is the pretty village of Borth Y Gest and the unique Italianate village of Portmeirion is just down the coast.
