Description

This is the flat where I grew up my children and that I've loved and still do.

I am sure you will love too.

It is very spacious with a big lounge and dining area, a big kitchen fully equipped and where I often spend hours cooking meals that I will then enjoy with my children and grandchildren, either for a Sunday lunch or for a special occasion.

I am sure that who loves to cook will appreciate this kitchen, but who will rather dine out, won't be disappointed with the wide range of restaurants of the city.

Going on towards the other "wing" of the apartment you will find a spacious double bedroom plus a single bedroom which is accessible through a room used now as laundry/wardrobe room. There is an additional bedroom which is not accessible to guests were I store my belongings.

Plus, three bathrooms: one that presents only sink and toilet, one full equipped with a comfy bath tub and one that has the shower and the washing machine.

The flat, although situated on a quite busy street and within few minutes from all the main attractions, it is very quiet and it gives a relaxing environment with his bedroom windows facing the internal garden.

Very easy to reach the apartment by foot from the train station, with public transportation from the airport and with the car. Though no parking is available on the premises neither it is possible to park on the street unless you are a resident. But you can find a parking just across the street from my front door where for an hourly or daily rate you can park your car safely and with no stress.

Though if you fancy to park the car and then catch a bus ride for 15 minutes, I know a spot where you could park the car for free (though it is not a secured garage, just on the street right outside the main center).

The flat is on the first floor (second for Americans) with no lift though it won't be necessary. Only few small steps to reach my place.

If I am around I will be greeting you, otherwise I will have someone I trust to meet you and show you around.

Simply walking around in a couple or few minutes you’ll find all the major spots to visit: Duomo, Cappelle Medicee, Santa Maria Novella, Santa Croce, Ponte Vecchio and so on A map will be provided at arrival as well.

If I am not in the area I will have someone I trust greeting you. They will show you all you need to know about the apartment and the city. Plus we are available on the phone or with emails at any time if you need. We won't come in when you are in the apartment unless any emergency arise.

Check in, depending on check out of the previous guests and my schedule, can be flexible. So let me know at what time you will be arriving and we will plan from there. Either myself or a person that I trust will be greeting you.
Please no smoking inside the apartment.
Take care of my furniture.
For every guest we are required by regional laws to take a photo of ID and collect 2,5 Euros per night per guest. Some exceptions to council taxes.
