This nicely-presented barn conversion is set in a peaceful and rural location, just four miles from Malton, and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.Derwent Cottage is a nicely-presented barn conversion, set in a peaceful and rural location, just four miles from Malton, and can sleep four people. This ground floor cottage has a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen with dining area, a sitting room with a woodburning stove. Outside, there is ample off road parking and a large decked patio with furniture. Derwent Cottage is a wonderful holiday base. Note There is a £25.00 charge for use of the hot tub per visit. As the hot tub needs to be cleaned and emptied for each new set of guests, the water may not be fully up to temperature on the first evening.

Amenities: Biomass eco-friendly heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher. TV with Freeview, DAB radio, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own towels for hot tub. Travel cot and highchair on request. Ample off road parking. Large decked patio with furniture and private hot tub. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 4 miles, pub 1.5 miles. Note: Check-in 4pm. Note: No stag/hen or similar. Note: Max 4 guests and 1 infant. Please note: This property only allows Monday and Friday Check in's.

Please note: It is the guests' responsibility to advise Sykes or the owner if they wish to use the hot tub for their stay, please ensure this is done at least 2 days before your arrival date.

Region: The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.

Town: The town of Malton has many interesting buildings including the old Corn Exchange and Assembly Rooms. A weekly market is still held in the town, as well as livestock and farmers' markets. The Yorkshire Moors are to the north, and the Yorkshire Wolds are to the south, making it excellent country for walkers and cyclists.
