Description
-Welcome to Studio 3- (construction year 2014), with an area of 32 m2 and terrace of 10 m2 additional. It is located in Sarlat 600 m (6 minute walk) from the historical heart of the city and 300 m of a large supermarket. This studio is equipped with a modern kitchen comprising all equipment and accessories necessary for its good functioning, as well as a washing machine.
The room features a comfortable(queen size) double bed of 160 cm, an office corner with Wifi and satellite TV, floor heating and refreshing.(please note that the cooling of the studio is done throughout the floor tiling) Bed linen and towels are included in the tariff. BBQ also available on request
This rental has its own private parking and is situated on the wooded property of 3000 m2. The place is perfectly suited for disabled (wheelchair) from parking to the entrance door of the studio, as well as indoors. Our animal friends, unfortunately, are not invited to reside and smokers restricted smoking outdoors only. The housing has a second studio perfectly identical and adjacent to the latter in the event of two couples traveling together and wanting to get their own privacy at the end of the day.

Bienvenue dans ce Studio (année de construction 2014), d'une superficie de 32m2 avec terrasse de 10m2 additionnelle. Il se situe dans Sarlat à 600m (6 minutes à pieds) du coeur historique de la ville et à 300m d'un grand supermarché. Ce studio est équipé d'une cuisine moderne avec tous les équipements et accessoires nécessaires pour son bon fonctionnement, ainsi qu'un lave-linge.
La chambre comporte un lit double confortable de 160 cm, un coin bureau avec Wifi et satellite TV, plancher chauffant et rafraîchissant. Draps et serviettes sont inclus dans le tarif.
Cette location possède son propre parking privé et est situé sur la propriété arborée de 3000 m2.Le lieu est parfaitement adapté pour l'accès d' handicapés (chaise roulante) du parking à la porte d'entrée du studio, ainsi qu'à l'intérieur. Nos amis les animaux ne sont malheureusement pas invités à y résider et les fumeurs restreint de fumer à l'extérieur uniquement. Le logement possède un second studio parfaitement identique et adjacent à ce dernier dans l'éventualité de deux couples voyageant ensemble et désireux de se retrouver dans l'intimité à la fin de la journée.

-Bienvenido a este estudio (año construcción 2014), con una superficie de 32 m2 con terraza de 10 m2 adicionales. Se encuentra en Sarlat 600 m (6 minutos a pie) desde el centro histórico de la ciudad y a 300 m de un supermercado grande. Este estudio está equipado con una cocina moderna con todo el equipo y accesorios necesarios para su funcionamiento, así como una lavadora.
La habitación cuenta con una cama doble de 160 cm, una oficina de la esquina con Wifi y TV vía satélite, calefacción por suelo radiante y refrescante. Ropa de cama y toallas están incluidas en la tarifa.
Este tiene su propio aparcamiento privado y está situado en el arbolado propiedad de 3000 m2. El lugar es ideal para personas con discapacidad (silla de ruedas) de aparcamiento a la puerta de entrada al estudio, así como en el interior. Nuestros amigos animales, lamentablemente, no están invitados a residir y fumadores restricción fumar sólo al aire libre. La vivienda tiene un segundo estudio perfectamente idéntico y adyacente a este último en el caso de dos parejas viajando juntos y deseosos de entrar en la intimidad al final del día.

“Fantastische woning”
Heerlijke woning. Alles aanwezig. Woning is goed schoon. Dominique erg aardig. Mochten we weer naar Sarlat gaan dan komen we zeker terug in deze woning. Aanrader.
