Description

Newly renovated, charming self-contained guest cottage in Old Town Niagara on the lake. The address is 428 Simcoe Street. The cottage is surrounded by lovely gardens and is scented with its many roses. There is a secluded garden in the back, with patio furniture and barbecue.

Our cottage contains one bedroom with a queen-size en-suite and access to a patio garden. The bathroom is equipped also with a washer and dryer. A full-size kitchen with all stainless steel appliances includes a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and much more. The living area has a fireplace, comfortable sofa-bed, two love seats, cable TV/DVD, air-conditioned and cathedral ceilings throughout. there is W5 Internet available for those who come with a laptop.

The property is within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and theaters. It is 0.7 kilometers from the town center. The cottage is smoke-free and children are welcomed.

Our one-bedroom cottage can accommodate up to 4 people. One bedroom with queen size bed and armoire, en-suite bathroom, and access to the garden. The living room can accommodate the two other guests on a comfortable pull-out sofa-bed. A fireplace is in the living room.
