This attractive, modern mews property in the heart of the historic port of Whitby, sleeps six people in four bedrooms.Razorbill Cottage is an attractive, modern mews property, quietly tucked away in the heart of the historic port of Whitby and can sleep six people. Set over three floors, this cottage has a second floor king-size double bedroom and an en-suite shower room, a ground floor double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and French doors leading to the courtyard, two ground floor single bedrooms, along with a ground floor bathroom. The property also has a first floor open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area, sitting area and French doors leading to a balcony with seating. Outside there is off road parking for one car and an enclosed, rear courtyard with furniture. Razorbill Cottage is a wonderful base for your well-deserved break.
Amenities: Gas central heating. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, 4 x TVs with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, children's games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Off-road parking for 1 car plus 2 scratch cards covering 4 days each for 1 car for roadside parking on first-come, first-serve basis approx 5 mins walk. Further paid parking is available at a number of sites nearby. Please see the map on this link https://www.scarborough.******/home/parking/car-parks. Enclosed, rear courtyard with furniture plus first floor balcony with furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop, pub and all amenities 5 mins walk. Beach 10 mins walk. Please Note: There has been an issue with the downstair en-suite shower and the flooring is visibly damaged, this is going to be fixed in Janusary 2024.
Region: The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.
Town: The ancient fishing port of Whitby lies at the mouth of the River Esk and is ideally situated for exploring this beautiful part of Yorkshire with its superb coastline and the spectacular North York Moors. Whitby is a charming and atmospheric town of winding streets and hidden alleys, with a picturesque harbour, safe sandy beaches and of course the Abbey, reached by the famous 199 steps.
