Walk down a private pathway to access your own studio apartment.
New pavers and patio furniture at the entrance.
Queen bed and fold out full size sofa sleeper.
Kitchenette amenities include coffee maker, electric kettle, induction hot plate, microwave, and refrigerator with freezer.
Wall mounted TV (No cable but a Google Chrome Device) screen pulls out and swivels for viewing from the bed.
The dining area is situated near light filled glass french-doors with interior louvers.
The walk-in shower has sliding glass doors.
Washer and dryer are accessible for your use via the bathroom.
Ample on-street parking is available in front of the house or on busy weekend nights the street at the rear of the property always has space.
The apartment is reached from a sidewalk that begins at the front right side of the house as you face it. Follow the pathway down to the rear stairs and enter using a touch key pad using an access code we provide you.
PET RULES>
Pet Fees: $10 a night for a maximum of $30 for the stay. Please leave cash on dresser or table prior to departure.
No more than two pets, please. We have dog sheets for the bed and sofa. They are stored in the dresser. Please respect that we have a very clean unit and want to keep it that way for the next guest.

We are only about 20 minutes from PDX. Uber/Lyft is an option for about $30 or call/text Art for $20 with advance notice.
The Neighborhood:
Portland's historic Laurelhurst park is just 4 blocks North. Stroll around a beautiful duck filled lake with an island in the middle. It's a great place to dog walk.
Whole Foods is about 6 blocks away. Two blocks away is Belmont St. with many great unique restaurants and boutiques. There is a wonderful summer street fair with local vendors, food carts and free live performances.
Nearby, a few more blocks to the south, the trendy Hawthorne and Division neighborhoods are also famous for browsing, eating and shopping. The bus stop to downtown is 3 blocks away. The Hollywood district with Trader Joe's is 2 miles north.
