Description

For those of you looking for a magical experience in Venice, this is is the place for you. Our stunning exquisite 300 square mt. appartment - quite breathtaking in it's size, style, and luxury feel - it is the 4th floor of a beautiful palazzo, few steps of Piazza San Marco but tucked away in a completely quiet and private cul-de sac.

It has spectacular views of San Marco and the Campanile bell tower, as well as 360° views of the whole of Venice from it's delightful altana terrace, large enough for 6 people to dine comfortably.

The property can accommodate up to 6 guests in 3 en-suite bedrooms.

House rules

You have to pay upon arrival a 2 euro in cash per person per night.
At the time of booking you need to send me your passports, this is for the antiterrorism law in Italy I need to send them to the local police.
Check in after 8 pm there is a charge of 50 euros to pay to the person that will make the check in.

How do damage deposits work?

If Katyna (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
