Location, location, location. Casa Dorada Medano Beach is a 5 Star resort that has it all, starting with the best resort location in Cabo. It is situated on the best and most swimmable beach in the entire Los Cabos region, Medano Beach. It is one of the most popular and sought-after resorts in Cabo. It has won multiple awards/distinctions, and is considered one of the top hotels in Mexico.

Casa Dorada has direct, head-on views of the famous Land's End Rocks and El Arco, the natural arch made of rock that. Just Google Cabo and you will see what I mean. These beautiful rocks represent the southern tip of the Baja Peninsula.

The resort has two beautiful pools, swim-up bar, multiple restaurants, full waitstaff service (at pools and beach), outdoor hot tub, kiddie pool, and much more. Work out in the newly renovated gym and relax at the full service spa. There is an onsite kids club with friendly and attentive staff. The grounds are beautiful and impeccably kept. Umbrellas and beach/pool chairs are plentiful. As you all know, the weather in Cabo is perfect nearly year-round. Casa Dorada is the perfect place to spend your well-earned vacation.

The resort is modern and is suite-only. There are no "rooms" at Casa Dorada. Suites are large and are all oceanfront. Accommodations include Junior Suites (884 sqft, sleeps 2-4), 1 bedroom suites (1381 sqft, sleeps 4-6), and 2 bedroom suites (1869 sqft, sleeps 6-8). Penthouse 1, 2, and 3 bedroom suites are also available upon request. Suites have a full array of modern amenities from multiple flatscreen TVs with English cable channels to full kitchens to Wifi to glass enclosed showers to Jacuzzi tubs. There are separate sitting areas in all units. Beds are large and comfortable with high end bedding. The living room couch pulls out into a queen sized bed. Air conditioning works flawlessly. Each unit has between 1-3 private balconies facing the ocean with absolutely breathtaking views. Fireworks are frequent, festivals are abundant, and the food....well, you can imagine.

The resort offers discounted rates on all water activities, including glass bottom boat rides to El Arco, whale watching, jet skiing, Wild Canyon Adventure Park, golf, sunset cruises, pirate cruises, etc. The concierge is friendly and helpful, and will do whatever it takes to make your trip perfect.

There is no need for a taxi when staying at Casa Dorada....everything is within walking distance. The resort is a short 7 minute walk to the famous marina and the town of Cabo San Lucas where endless restaurants, bars, shops, and marine excursions await. It is busy enough so there is always something going on, but quiet enough to not feel overwhelmed.

Perhaps icing on the cake is the warmth and kindness of the staff at the resort, who truly want to make your vacation fantastic. Come find your new home away from home like I did!

I have access to every sized suite any week in 2016, including those during holidays and the yearly fishing tournaments, including Bisbee’s (Marlin tournament which draws contestants from all over the world), Stars and Stripes, Billfish, Cabo Tuna Jackpot, etc.

Suites are booked by the week, Friday to Friday. Stay for all or part of it. I will tell you that paying for a week through me will still cost you less than booking a few nights through the hotel.
