Dream vacation home for skiers and city goers alike!

Located along the Wasatch Mountain bench, access to Cottonwood and Park City ski resorts is just 30 minutes door-to-ski lift. Downtown Salt Lake City is just a quick 15 minute drive.

This classy cozy home sleeps at least 11 guests, with 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. All beds have brand new bedding and feather comforters for warm night's sleep. Central heating and AC will ensure the perfect temperature for your preferences. A baby crib can be provided upon request.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the needed appliances as well as complete sets of dishes, cooking utensils, pots and pans, coffee maker, toaster, blender, etc.

The cozy basement den has a wonderful deep-cushioned leather sectional couch and 55' flat screen HD TV with cable and dvd player. Free wifi is also available throughout the house.

The laundry room has a washer and dryer for any laundry refreshment needed.

The garage offers shelter from the snow and storage for your skis, bikes, and adventure gear. The pull thru circle driveway offers plenty of parking for multiple cars.

During the summer, the vegetation is a beautiful and lush green, and there is plenty of space in the backyard for kids to play. Lining the entirety of the East fence, are full grown grape veins and the fruit is delicious. Please feel free to pick as many as you would like.

** PLEASE BE AWARE that permanent families reside in the homes surrounding this property. Groups must respect the daily living of the neighbors, especially during quiet hours after 9pm. No loud parties will be allowed. If we are notified of disturbances, groups will be asked to vacate without a refund. We want to make this home enjoyable for everyone:)
