This condo is in a perfect, central location overlooking Lake Dillon in beautiful Frisco, Colorado. It's only a short drive to 6 world-class ski resorts. Pick your favorite or ski them all - Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, Keystone, Loveland, Arapaho Basin, Vail, or even Beaver Creek. You will not want to come inside once you are captured by the views from the 7th floor balcony. Just off the living room with seating for four, this is truly special. Lake Dillon is laid out before you with Keystone beyond and Grays and Torreys peak in the distance. Keep an eye out for your returning fishermen too. A few minutes walk to grocery stores, restaurants (don’t skip Outer Range Brewing company) and Starbucks.Factory Outlets in Silverthorne are just 4 miles away. Mountain rustic in a modern building. Ideal basecamp for all of your outdoor pursuits. Unwind on the deck, relax in the community hot tub, or gather around the fire sharing stories and laughter with loved ones.

Kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking up a delicious meal and all the necessary cookware and utensils. A dining table for six is conveniently located nearby, providing a great spot to share a meal or play a game.

Living Room. It is hard to tell what is the most memorable feature of the open living area, the soaring pine ceiling or the gorgeous views outside. Furnished with plush leather sofas and other earthy toned seating and decor, this is true Colorado living. A floor to ceiling river-rock gas fireplace makes your family movie night with on the big screen TV extra cozy.

Main Bedroom. The main upstairs bedroom has the upper floor all to itself. With ultimate privacy, vaulted ceilings and your own views over the water from the king bed, relax and unwind. Ensuite bathroom with double vanity and tub and shower combination.

Main Floor: Second bedroom with queen bed and ensuite bathroom with shower.

Third bedroom with Queen bed and full bath across the hall.

2023 new memory foam sofa sleeper in the living room.

It sleeps six people privately and 8 maximum.

Washer and Dryer upstairs.

Parking. One car can be parked in the garage. The garage is shared with one neighbor. One other car can be parked right in front of the garage.

There is so much to do in Frisco. The Lake is right there, with a trail all around it. Walk or bike it all, or just a part. Frisco Adventure park is a short drive away. You can bike, cross country ski, go tubbing or for a sleight ride. Don't forget carrots for the horses! This one is our favorite. Kids will love the Marina in the summer, with a playground and a sand beach to build a castle. Mine somehow always get wet, so bring a change of clothes. After lunch in Butterhorn, visit the Historic Park on Main Street.

Summit Stage bus stop is located less than a block from the building. The bus is free and will take you to Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper Mountain, downtown Main Street, or factory stores in Silverthorne.

There are no stairs to get to the condo and the bedrooms on the main floor. The only stairs leads to the primary suite.
