Centrally located to all ski resorts; can see slopes at Keystone and Breckenridge in Distance. Walking distance to forest trails and wilderness areas. 5 minutes to Blue River, Outlet shopping and restaurants. Eagle's Nest Wilderness boundary, Lily Pad Pond and Buffalo Cabin Trailhead are nearby. Very quiet building. Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have air conditioning.
